Health Protocol

Participation in Conference is not subject to any restrictions, due to COVID-19, and access of attendees and other participants is free to conference venue area. Nevertheless, they are requested to take into account recommendations listed in this section to ensure the health and safety of all people involved in the Conference.

In particular:

• Non-registered delegates will not be allowed into the Conference Areas

• Participants with symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, etc., will not be allowed into all Conference Venue premises

• Wearing a mask is recommended for all present at the Venue throughout the Conference. The appropriate use (both nose and mouth covered), storage and cleaning or disposal are essential to make masks as effective as possible

• All participants must respect physical / social distancing. Maintaining at least a 1.5-meter distance between themselves and others

• Hand sanitizer will be available in several places of the Conference Venue

Moreover, participants must not forget the basics of good hygiene:

• Regularly and thoroughly wash their hands with soap and water

• Avoid touching their eyes, nose and mouth

• Cover their mouth and nose with their bent elbow of tissue when they cough or sneeze
