Poster Presentation

Regarding your poster display, the required specification for your printed poster is vertical A0 size (120cm x 80cm).

Oral Presentations

Each oral presentation is allocated with a total of 15-minute slot (13 minutes for the presentation, plus 2 minutes of discussion/Q&A).
Laptops to be used for presentations are equipped with LibreOffice.
To avoid any compatibility issues, we suggest you also have a PDF version of your presentation available.
Presenters are kindly requested to prepare their presentation accordingly and to observe the time allotted, to ensure the smooth running of the conference program.
We recommend your presence in the scientific hall at least 20 minutes before the beginning of your allocated session, in order to test your presentation files.
