The Music Library of Greece "Lilian Voudouri"
The Music Library of Greece "Lilian Voudouri" was created by the Friends of Music Society in order to become a resource center for music and the fine arts, able to support continuous research and multilevel educational programs.
Unique among its kind in Greece and freely accessible to the public, the Library has been organized and continues to operate with the aim of addressing the needs of a wide range of users. The Library uses all modern information technologies which have been applied to the field of its activities.
Within the Library premises the users can find the Circulation Department, two Reading Rooms, a Children’s Library, two Music Practice Rooms and four Multimedia Rooms. Also the Bookstacks occupy a large part of the Library Premises, an area exclusively accessible by staff members.
