Abstract Submission Guidelines

A. Format  

• Abstracts should be submitted as an MS Word document, using Arial font, and should not exceed 250 words (excluding the title and authors' names and affiliations).

• The abstract must contain the full title in CAPS and the authors’ names and affiliations in sentence case.

• The presenter’s name must be underlined.

• The author can state his/her preference for the type of presentation (submission type: oral or poster), although the final decision will be made by the Scientific Committee.

• Each presenter is entitled to submit one (1) abstract.

• Please structure your abstract using the following headings: 

    • Objectives
    • Materials and methods
    • Results 
    • Conclusions

B. Submission

All participants are invited by the Scientific Committee to submit their abstract/s to the School Secretariat. Please use the Summer School Online Submission Form to upload your work.
