Student travel awards
The Organizing Committee will be able to provide 3 to 5 Travel Awards of 300€, to students outside Greece. Please apply via the Abstracts Submission Form if you are interested.

Submission
All participants are invited by the Scientific Committee to submit their abstract/s to the School Secretariat. Please use the conference Online Submission Form to upload your work.

• Abstracts should be submitted as an MS Word document, using Arial font, and should not exceed 250 words (excluding the title and authors'  names and affiliations)
  
• The abstract must contain the full title in CAPS and the authors’ names and affiliations in sentence case
  
• The presenter’s name must be underlined
  
• The author can state his/hers preference for the type of presentation (submission type: oral or poster), although the final decision will be made by the Scientific Committee
  
• Registration to the congress for at least one of the authors of an accepted abstract is mandatory
  
• Please structure your abstract using the following headings:
  
• Objectives
  
• Materials and methods
  
• Results
  
• Conclusions
  

• Abstract Submission Begins: December 1, 2018
  
• Abstract Submission Ends: April 8, 2019
• Notification to authors: April 10, 2019
