Important Information:

  • If you just need a valid documentation for finance purposes, please select the relevant option (Individual Tax Receipt). In that case, a tax receipt will be issued based on YOUR personal information (name, full address) provided above, without the need to include a VAT number.
  • If you have a VAT number and you wish an invoice to be issued to a specific company/ institution (for your services booked & paid presently or in the future) you should select the relevant option (Organizational Invoice). In this case you will be directed to the next page and you will be asked to complete the entity's billing details.

Note: If you need to change this option or any details related to your receipt or invoice after they have been issued, there will be an up to 250€ administrative fee. We therefore strongly advise double-checking your information.

* The conference lunch and coffee breaks will be prepared and provided by the university cafeteria. This service will be available on a self-service basis during designated lunch and coffee break times.
The registration fees do not include insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property loss or damage. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.

 

Conference Dinner Tickets are available upon demand at the registration desk.
