It is with great honor and pleasure that we inform you that at BAPT 2025, a greeting will also be delivered by Dr. Ioannis A. Antoniadis, Professor and Director of the Dynamics and Structures Laboratory at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, National Technical University of Athens (NTUA)!

Dr I. A.Antoniadis is a Professor and the Dean of the School of Mechanical Engineering Department/ NTUA and the  Director of the Dynamics and Acoustics Laboratory. His research interests include dynamic analysis and design of structures and electromechanical systems, noise and vibration, smart materials and meta-materials, health monitoring of structures and of large scale cyber-physical systems, monitoring and control of large scale installations and predictive maintenance. He has coordinated or participated as principal researcher in more than 25 international and national research projects, he is the author or co-author of 3 books and academic course notes and of more than 200 reviewed papers in international journals and conferences. He is cooperating for 40 years as a technical project leader/technical consultant with a large number of established Greek and international companies.
