 Each participant in the symposium must register, following the “One registration per paper, maximum one presentation per participant” hEART policy.

*Students must be registered undergraduate or graduate students or PhD candidates at the time of registration and are kindly requested to provide the conference secretariat with a valid student identity card, by emailing a scanned copy at: heart2018@pco-convin.gr 

The registration fees do not include insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property loss or damage. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.

From 27th August 2018 and therein, please contact heart2018@pco-convin.gr for any new registrations.

Cancellation & Alteration Policy

Written requests for cancellation & alterations must be emailed to heart2018@pco-convin.gr 

  • Written cancellations and/or alterations* will be accepted until August 5th, 2018 and an administrative fee of 20€ will be charged. 
  • No refund is given for cancellations received after August 6th, 2018.
  • After August 6th, 2018no alterations will be accepted or, therefore, made.
  • All refunds will be processed one (1) month after the closing of the conference and bank charges associated with this will be the responsibility of the delegate.


Payment Details

You may pay your registration fee by credit card or bank transfer.

Registration payments must be completed before the end of the selected registration deadline.

If the payment is not submitted by then, the fee will be changed to the one that corresponds to the next time period.
                                  

Phishing Awareness

You are strongly advised to be alert for unauthorized agents who may contact you directly by email or phone, offering their services.

PCO CONVIN is the only authorized agency, as the officially appointed Conference Secretariat.
