• If you have a VAT number and you wish an invoice to be issued to a specific company/ institution (for your services booked & paid presently or in the future) you should select the relevant option (Invoice). Virtual Registration Fee Entitlements:

✔ Virtual live attendance at all plenary sessions, symposia and and oral presentation sessions (questions to speakers in the chat or Q&A facility of the virtual platform will be possible)
✔ Virtual Exhibition area
✔ e-Congress Material
✔ Possibility for a poster presentation on the virtual platform is provided (all posters, including those included in physical poster walks will be displayed and available on the virtual platform)
✔ Recorded sessions, available within 24 hours after the session closure (all videos will become public on the WCRI Vimeo channel two months after the conference)

Virtual Registration Categories exclusions:
✔ Virtual participants cannot attend the preconference workshops, the welcome reception, the conference dinner, the poster walks, satellite sessions and the focus track sessions
