Social Events/Tours:
• Until July 15th 2025: any cancellations for social events are permitted without incurring an administrative fee. Ticket refunds will be processed two (2) months after the closing of the conference; Respective bank charges are the responsibility of the delegate.
• From July 16th 2025 onwards: cancellations for social events will not be accepted, as specific arrangements must be finalized to ensure a positive experience for all participants.
Insurance:
Registration fees do not include insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property loss or damage. Insurance is the responsibility of the participants, who are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.

Student Gathering | Sunday, 24th August 2025

Please join us for our annual networking event at Markthalle on Sunday, 24th August 2025 at 6pm! This will be a great opportunity to network and connect with other students and early career biostatisticians. This event is free of charge to anyone who identifies as a student or an early career biostatistician and is attending the main conference and/or ECB Day.
Due to the venue's capacity, attendance will be limited to 90 participants, so be sure to secure your spot!

The Welcome Reception is complimentary, and will be held indoors. Due to the venue's capacity, attendance is limited to 250 ticketed guests. However, should the weather permit the event to be held outdoors, all participants will be welcome to attend without the need for a ticket.
