Important Information:

• If you just need a valid documentation for finance purposes, please select the relevant option (Individual Tax Receipt). In that case, a tax receipt will be issued based on YOUR personal information (name, full address) provided above, without the need to include a VAT number. 
• If you have a VAT number and you wish an invoice to be issued to a specific company/ institution (for your services booked & paid presently or in the future) you should select the relevant option (Organizational Invoice). In this case you will be directed to the next page and you will be asked to complete the entity's billing details.

By attending ICEAF IX, you are kindly requested to consent to the use of photographs and video recordings in which you may appear, captured during the event, for promotional and communication purposes. Such use may include, but is not limited to, publication on the official Congress website and social media channels.

If you do not wish to appear in any visual materials, please note that you will be required to send a recent photograph of yourself to registrations-iceafix@convin.gr prior to the event, and to collect a special badge from the Registration Desk upon arrival.
