Accommodation

A number of hotels of various categories (officially contracted by the Organisers, especially for the Conrference) are available for participants. 
Selected hotels are located within walking distance from the venue.

Rooms are available from November 19th (for checking in) to November 23rd (for checking out), 2025. If you need additional nights before and after the Conference dates, please indicate which ones you need in the Additional Dates field which will appear as soon you select your room.
