• If you just need a valid documentation for finance purposes, please select the relevant option (Individual Tax Receipt). In that case, a tax receipt will be issued based on YOUR personal information (name, full address) provided above, without the need to include a VAT number. 
• If you have a VAT number and you wish an invoice to be issued to a specific company/ institution (for your services booked & paid presently or in the future) you should select the relevant option (Organizational Invoice). A number of hotels of various categories (officially contracted by the official PCO (Professional Congress Organizer) of iCACGP-IGAC 2026, especially for the Conrference) are available for participants.

Rooms are available from September 6th (for checking in) to September 12th (for checking out), 2026. If you need additional nights before and after the Conference dates, please indicate which ones you need in the Additional Dates field which will appear as soon you select your room.
