• If you just need a valid documentation for finance purposes, please select the relevant option (Individual Tax Receipt). In that case, a tax receipt will be issued based on YOUR personal information (name, full address) provided above, without the need to include a VAT number. 
• If you have a VAT number and you wish an invoice to be issued to a specific company/ institution (for your services booked & paid presently or in the future) you should select the relevant option (Organizational Invoice). In this case you will be directed to the next page and you will be asked to complete the entity's billing details.

The PCO has reserved a limited number of hotel rooms in Athens, conveniently located near the congress venue, at special rates exclusively for congress participants. 

All hotel rooms have a 4-night minimum stay.

VAT rates are subject to change. If such a change occurs, prices will be amended accordingly.

If you do not wish to appear in any visual materials, please note that you will be required to send a recent photograph of yourself to registrations@ewcps2027.gr prior to the event, and to collect a special badge from the Registration Desk upon arrival. This will help us ensure that your image is excluded from event-related photography and video recording.
