For Registration 

• All registration fees are quoted in Euro (€) and taxes are included.
• Payment in any other currency will not be accepted.
• For issuance of invoices with an address within the European Union, the respective VAT registry number must be provided. The invoicing address and VAT number can be set up during the registration process.
• Any modification on VAT number, address or financial documentation, requested after the issuing of the invoice or receipt, will result in an administrative fee of € 50.
• Registration fees are based on the applicable- on the date of payment- fee. The prices indicated are only applicable if BOTH the registration request AND payment are received before midnight, Central European Time (GMT +2), on the relevant registration deadline; otherwise the higher registration fee will apply.
• A confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of your registration. For your registration to be valid and completed, the outstanding amount mentioned should be zero.
You are advised to have this confirmation, in your easily accessible records, should there be a need to present it at the registration desk at the congress venue.


Payment Details

• You may pay your registration fee by credit card or bank transfer* if needed

• Payment by cash will be only accepted on-site (during Congress dates). Individual day tickets are not available.

• Registration payments must be completed before the end of the selected registration deadline; if the payment is not submitted by the deadline for the fee applicable, the outstanding amount will be changed to the one that corresponds to the next registration period.

Cancellation & Alteration Policy
For any cancellation or alteration of your registration, the Professional Congress Organizer (CONVIN S.A) must be notified in writing by e-mail at info_eurosun2024@convin.gr .
Registration cancellations or alterations are subject to the following conditions:

Registration Cancellation
• Until 15 June 2024: full refund will be given less €50 administrative fee
• Until 10 July 2024: a 30% refund will be given less €50 administrative fee
• From 11 July 2024 onwards: No refund granted.

Alterations / Name changes
• Until 15 July 2024: name changes are permitted, upon payment of a € 50 administrative fee.
• From 16 July 2024 onwards: no name changes will be accepted.
• Non-shows at the Congress will be charged the full fee.
• A fixed price of €40 will be charged for the replacement of lost badges during EuroSun 2024 duration.
• All refunds will be processed two (2) month after the closing of the congress; respective bank charges are the responsibility of the delegate.



For Technical Tours 

For any cancellation or alteration of your booked technical tour the Professional Congress Organizer (CONVIN S.A) must be notified in writing by e-mail at info_eurosun2024@convin.gr .
Please note that after payment, the Technical Tours tickets are not refundable.


For Conference Dinner  

For any cancellation or alteration of your booked conference dinner, the Professional Congress Organizer (CONVIN S.A) must be notified in writing by e-mail at info_eurosun2024@convin.gr .
Please note that after payment, the Conference Dinner ticket is not refundable.

Photography/Image and Sound Recordings  

Please note that still photos, videos and/or sound will be recorded during the event, which may be published for the purposes of reporting, general public relations and advertising. If you do not con-sent to the creation and use of such recordings, please indicate this clearly.

Press photographers must obtain authorization from the conference host. Photographs and recordings of images and sound other than for private use are forbidden and must only be taken with the written consent of the conference host.

The organizer is entitled to have sessions, social events, stands and persons photographed and filmed during the conference and social events for publication in its own material or in the general press.

The organizers reserve the copyrights and all other rights to conference content, website con-tent, databases and trademarks. The user is not allowed to copy content or make it available to third parties via the internet contrary to applicable copyright regulations.

Visa Requirements  

It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to contact the nearest embassy or consulate for visa details and to allow sufficient time for the visa application procedure. Please note that the visa process might take several months

Travel to Cyprus

The legal ports of entry into the Republic of Cyprus are the airports of Larnaka (Larnaca) and Pafos (Paphos) and the ports of Larnaka (Larnaca), Lemesos (Limassol), Latsi and Pafos (Paphos), which are situated in the area under the effective control of the Government of the Republic of Cyprus. 
Entry into the territory of the Republic of Cyprus via any other port or airport in which the Government of the Republic does not exercise effective control (Turkish occupied areas) is illegal.

EuroSun 2024 attendees flying in to Cyprus, make sure to travel to Larnaca or Pafos airport ONLY. The EuroSun 2024 organizers are not responsible if entry to Cyprus should be delayed or denied in case of entry to Cyprus via any other airport. No reimbursement of conference tickets will be possible in case of non-attendance due to denied access to Cyprus due to attendees travelling to ports/airports other then Larnaca or Pathos.

Miscellaneous
By registering to the EuroSun 2024 you accept to respect the following instructions with reference to your on-site attendance:

- Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) is the EuroSun 2024 venue. Please visit relevant section for related venue policy.
- Hazardous substances are not allowed in the venue premises.
- Safety and security measures need to be respected.

Liability and Insurance 
No right to further claims or waiving of fees will arise, should the Organizers be obliged to alter the schedule of congress proceedings.
Participants are encouraged to make arrangements on their own insurance regarding cancellation, travel, loss of personal belongings, accident, etc.. EuroSun Organisers accept no liability.
In the event of special or unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, the Organisers shall be entitled to cancel or modify the conference dates. Registered delegates shall not be entitled to compensation for any loss or damage incurred as a consequence of such a cancellation or change.


Data Privacy Statement
The information you supply in the online form is required for processing your registration and will be held in the customer data files of the Organizers. They may be used for marketing and communication purposes only by ISES and the Professional Congress Organizer (CONVIN S.A), within the context of this event or other educational meetings of the same or similar thematic. 
The information you provide us with will remain in the Organizers’ archives, in electronic format, and access will only be allowed to persons under the control of the Organizers and on their instructions, in accordance with the legislation applicable.
Your personal data will be maintained by the Organizers for as long as no explicit objection has been stated. In any case, you retain the rights provided by the law applicable, namely the right to request access to or correction of your personal data, to oppose to the processing of all or some of them, to have your personal data deleted after completion of your participation in the Congress, etc.).
