How can I register for the ECHSA 2021 Annual Meeting?

You should follow this online registration form link in order to proceed with your registration.

How can I pay the registration fees?

You can pay by credit/debit card or bank transfer until 8 June 2021. From that point onwards, you can pay only by credit/debit card.

Can I register for the Meeting without paying ?

You can submit your registration without paying, but in this case, your registration fees will be subject to changes according to the respective deadlines

Please note that a registration will only be considered valid once fully paid until 8 June 2021

From that date onwards, any unpaid registration will have to be paid by debit/credit card, in order to be considered valid, before the Meeting opens. 

Can I register before the early fee deadline and pay later for my participation ?

In order to benefit from the early registration fee, full payment must be completed before the deadline expires. 

What does my registration fee include?

Will I receive a confirmation letter after I have submitted the registration form?

Yes, a detailed confirmation letter and receipt (if payment is completed) will be sent to you via email upon submission of your online registration form.

Can I receive an invoice under my sponsoring Company/ Institution’s name? 

It is possible, as long as you select the option “I will need an invoice” upon completion of your online registration form. At this point, you will also need to fill in the relevant billing details of the company/institution.

Can I register during Meeting dates? 

You can register during Meeting dates at the congress secretariat, but please note that the relevant period fee will apply and that the only option for payment will be by credit/debit card. Pre-registration is highly recommended.

Can I make a name change to my registration?
