Preparation of your e-Poster

Before you proceed, make sure that you have read:
- the below useful info related to your e-poster presentation
- the Virtual Meeting Policy

As an e-poster presenter, you will have some additional features when you log in to the platform compared to regular attendees.

Each poster presenter must prepare a PDF file of their poster. Attendees may access the PDFs at any time during the Meeting. Please send your PDF at info@echsa2021.org until 7 June 2021.

E-Poster Specifications:
- All e-posters should be prepared in English
- Layout: Landscape
- Format: 16:9
- Minimum Font Size: 12pt
- Maximum file size: 8MB
- Media: Images/photos, graphs and tables can be included in the e-poster
- Multimedia: Videos can only be included as external links in the e-poster

E-posters can be complimented by a video presentation in .mp4 format, max. duration 4 min. Please provide your video presentation until 7 June 2021 via YouTube link, WeTransfer or Dropbox.

Know that your e-poster and video will be visible during the entire conference in the Poster Gallery.
