Important Information:

If you just need a valid documentation for finance purposes, please select the relevant option (Individual Tax Receipt). In that case, a tax receipt will be issued based on YOUR personal information (name, full address) provided above, without the need to include a VAT number. 
If you have a VAT number and you wish an invoice to be issued to a specific company/ institution (for your services booked & paid presently or in the future) you should select the relevant option (Organisational Invoice). In this case you will be directed to the next page and you will be asked to complete the entity's billing details.
