Poster Presentation

Regarding poster presentation, presenters should note the following: 

Mounting: Your poster should be placed on Poster Panel Number ^Paper_Reference^ in the POSTER AREA of the Conference from 08:30 until 10:00, on the day of presentation.          

Oral Presentation

Regarding oral presentation, presenters should note the following:

They should be present at the Conference Venue at least one hour before the start  time of your session in order to deliver the audio-visual material you intend to use to the Speakers Ready Room.
