In this second Focus Track discussion (Click here for more information) we will continue the discussion that was initiated in the first part, by focusing on the areas of disagreement revealed during World Café discussions. This Focus Track session will begin with a presentation of the areas of agreement and disagreement. Then the Chair of the session will facilitate a discussion that aims to reach a consensus on the areas of disagreement. Consensus building is not perceived as a means to impose an agreement but rather as a procedure to: (a) reach a common understanding of why such a consensus might be elusive and (b) decide on an action plan that has the potential to resolve any persistent disagreements.
